I think the longest book I've ever read was Little Women. My version was 1043 pages. And my favorite book over 600 pages is Breaking Dawn.

Rebuilding Beth's Blog
If you missed my post earlier this week, google ate my friends and followers. I went from having 250+ followers to 0 overnight. Fortunately, I posted about it and some of my old followers have seen it and came re-followed me. But for now, I'm re-building. The irony of it is, I've said several times since 2012 that I feel like I'm completely starting over, because I made so much progress in 2010 and digressed in 2011. And now I really am starting over.
So I'm hosting a contest for to celebrate a new beginning. I'd like to give away a $25 and a $15 voucher for the book depository. I have not yet figured out how to do this, but if I don't the winners can select books and I will order the books and have them shipped straight to the winner. This contest will be open internationally as long as I can procure a voucher or the international picks a book that can be shipped directly to them. You will get 1 entry for following, 2 entries for posting this to social networking sites per site per day, 5 entries if you tell me you're an old follower re-rofollowing, 3 for putting me in your sidebar and 3 if you dedicate a post to my contest.

Another Book Stall Contest
Earlier this week, I promised to answer my own questions and then didn't have time. You can find those here.
Time for another Book Stall contest. This time you don't have to be a follower to win. I'm giving away Unearthly, Shadow Cry, and Clarity. To win you must like the bookstall's facebook page and mention I sent you. You will get 2 entries for doing so, and one entry for putting it on fb, twitter, and any other social media you desire. You can get one entry per media per day.
I'm also giving away Cinder, but you have to be a blogger for that one, and you have to agree to give it away in a contest linking back to me and The Bookstall. People can get entries for following you, but they will need to leave a comment on the Bookstall's fb page saying that you and Beth sent them.

B is for Brutal...
It's Day 2 of the A-Z blogfest challenge. 
And B if for brutal. As in Shelley Watters pitch contest is brutal, so any feedback would be appreciated. And if you want to sign up, I don't think it's too late. The prize is a full ms request from Suzie Townsend.
Pitch 1: If Bridget can't rid herself of a charming demon, he will destroy the boy she's loved her whole life in a mystical fire.
Pitch 2: Bridget must rid herself of a charming demon in order to save her boy next door and rekindle their passion.
Pitch 3: If Bridget can't expose the truth behind the secrets, a charming demon will destroy the boy she loves.
