Beth Goes to India

...A picture is worth 1000 words, so today I'll save the words and post the pics. The hubs and I are getting ready to go back in December, so I had these out looking at them and wanted to share them.

My big fat Indian wedding or the precursor at least.

  2. Awesome pics!!! And I see you changed clothes as often as I did. :) I'm a white Indian girl, too. :) We last went to India over Christmas, and the weather was in the 70's the whole time. Beautiful for us, freezing for them. My kids were walking around in shorts while the other kids were bundled into sweaters and ear muffs, and staring at us like we were crazy. :)

I love India too. I went to Kerala, Chennai and the tea plantations. Incredibly beautiful place, and I'd go back, too, in a NY minute!

  6. That's awesome. We were in Kerala but never went further than the Tamil border.

  7. We went to Kerala, too! The tea plantations were amazing. My husband is from Tamil Nadu, so the whole family went. We drove through the winding hills from Namakkal to Kumarakom. It was beautiful. I'd love to go back sometime.
